The Wellington Dukes are an integral part of the community. Not just Prince Edward County, but both the Quinte Region and Eastern Ontario. The Dukes are considered one of the “Crown Jewels” of the Canadian Junior Hockey League and I take my stewardship of this organization very seriously.

BELLEVILLE SPORTS HALL OF FAME – New Format for High School Athlete of the Year

The Belleville Sports Hall of Fame (BSHoF) is pleased to announce a new format for the Belleville High School Athlete of the Year ceremony. The event, which will take place on Monday June 26 at 6:30 pm, will now be separate from the BSHoF induction ceremony, and will focus solely on highlighting the outstanding achievements of young athletes from the community.

Pegasus Cheer name remains during rebrand to Zone Athletics

The rebrand to Zone Athletics reflects the way the recreational sports facility has grown and expanded in recent years. 

The company was founded in 2014 as a cheerleading gym but grew to offer recreational cheerleading, tumbling, and parkour classes, in addition to PA Day camps, summer and holiday camps,
