The Quinte West Wolverines U13 team won back-to-back soccer tournament championships in Ancaster and Peterborough
Cristy Latham is the fourth Director of Athletics and Recreation in Loyalist College’s history and the first female athletic director in college history, it was announced in June.
Registration numbers have soared for the Belleville Soccer Club for the upcoming 2023 outdoor season.Â
About 1,250 players are signed up for the club’s recreational leagues while there’s an additional 250 in the development and competitive program.

With the return of high school sports to a more regular schedule this fall, the Bayside Secondary School Devils enjoyed tremendous success. Accomplishments, both as teams and individuals, were achieved in cross-country running, football, golf, rugby, soccer and more.

Any student-athletes attending Loyalist College in Belleville this fall are encouraged to pre-register for the tryouts for their chosen sports if they haven’t already been in contact with the coach.
Centennial Secondary School in Belleville recognized its athletes recently with its year-end banquet. In addition to the major sport awards, each team that was able to run this year also recognized athletes.
