The Trenton Golden Hawks rolled to a 6-2 win over the Grand Prairie Storm from Alberta at the Centennial Cup national Jr. A championship in Calgary Tuesday night.
David Fournier had his second straight two-goal game to pace the Golden Hawks (2-1-0-1), who led 4-1 after the first period.
The Ontario Junior Hockey League champions have nine points, two more than the Northern Manitoba Blizzard.

Trenton Golden Hawks’ Captain Corbin Roach hadn’t scored a goal in overtime during his four years in the Ontario Junior Hockey League  Before Thursday that is.
Roach tallied at 4:04 of extra time to give the OJHL champion Golden Hawks a 5-4 win over the Northern Manitoba Blizzard in the opening game of the Centennial Cup national Jr. A championship tournament in Calgary.

The Trenton Golden Hawks suffered their first defeat at the Centennial Cup national Jr. A championship in Calgary Friday afternoon. The Ontario Junior Hockey League champions fell 2-1 to the Kam River FightinWalleye in their second game of the event. The Golden Hawks won in overtime Thursday, 5-4 over Northern Manitoba.
