The Yoga Hub opened in May 2018 with its owner, Shelagh Binks, joined by a team of caring, experienced and knowledgeable yoga teachers, all striving to provide the best yoga experience for the community and visitors.
THE STUDIO
The space was developed into a beautiful new studio containing reception area, treatment room and the main studio along with changing and washroom facilities. The studio is on the first floor with large windows on two sides providing great light and atmosphere for all styles of yoga and relaxation. The under-floor heating makes getting on the mat extremely rewarding.
