Shannonville (Ontario), May 17, 2023 – The Super Series launched the 2023 season on the warmest Spring weekend with the biggest grids in recent series history. With grids large, riders talented and weather perfect, the fans were treated to nine intense and action-packed races.
“That is going to bring the top riders from across Canada to our track,” Bondar said. “This is some pretty serious competition with some of the best machines in the country.”
Shannonville (ON), April 27th, 2023 – Shannonville Motorsport Park is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Touchette Motorsport and welcomes them as the new on-site auto tire service provider.
One of the major events at Shannonville this year is the Canadian Superbike Championship series. Round one of the 2023 CSBK schedule runs May 19-21 during the Victoria Day long weekend.

Jaylynn Burgess has been comfortable on a horse from a young age. Even at three years old, she was almost a little too comfortable when she was riding.
The Super Series officially concluded its 2022 season with a Celebration of Champions held at the new Shannonville Event Centre. Over 75 guests and their families made the trip to end the year in style where each class saw the top three riders honoured with a special award
The 2022 Super Series season concluded this past September 10–11 weekend, culminating the first full season since 2019. Over the course of the year, over 150 riders came out to test themselves against some of the best Pro and Amateur riders in Canada.
Despite the weather tossing in a serious curveball for riders, the Super Series concluded its final visit to the Long Track with some exciting action.
With an appreciation for the history of Shannonville Motorsport Park, John Bondar was also excited for its future back in the fall of 2019. That’s when it was announced Bondar and Steve Gidman had purchased the racing venue east of Belleville. Bondar’s fascination with motorsports dates back more than 45 years.
