Soccer is a sport that can cause a multitude of injuries over the course of a season. You can only do so much to prevent contact injuries but often there are non-contact injuries to the hip, knee, or ankle that can be avoided with sufficient training and preparation.
The Quinte Boccia Club will be hosting opportunities to learn how to play the fun, exciting sport called Boccia!

Our U18 boys 1sts team kicked off the season with a 45-14 loss against Kingston. Tries scored by Cater Ward and Mitchell Trumble. Conversions by Caius Allin and Same Jones. The U18 boys 2nds team lost 47-0 against Peterborough.
The club announced former Duke Jacob Panetta has been appointed to both titles, with former coach/GM Kent Lewis moving into a development/consulting role in his home province of British Columbia.
