This past weekend (Feb 25-27) 11 of Quinte Bay Gymnastics Club’s Competitive gymnasts competed for the first time in two years at AIM Gymnastics in Pickering, ON! The athletes are Women’s Artistic Gymnasts which perform routines on Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. Please see their excellent results below from the weekend’s Provincial Qualifying Competition.
Hannah Vanderwal Level 7 Age 15 placed 1st on vault and bars, 7th on beam, 6th on floor and 5th AA
Annika Copeland Level 7 Age 13 placed 1st on vault, 3rd on bars, 2nd on beam & floor and 3rd AA
Olivia Kuipers Level 7 Age 13 placed 3rd on vault, beam & floor, 2nd on bars and 2nd AA
Whitney Rees Level 6 Age 13 placed 3rd on vault, 4th on bars, 2nd on beam and 5th on floor and 4th AA
Chloe Rightmeyer Level 6 Age 12 placed 3rd on vault and beam, 6th on bars, 5th on floor and 3rd AA
Hudson Mulvihill Level 6 Age 15 placed 3rd on vault, 6th on bars, 1st on beam and floor and 1st AA

45 gymnasts from Quinte Bay will be competing again March 10th-14th in Belleville. Quinte Bay will be hosting over 500 athletes from across Ontario for an Invitational and Provincial Qualifying Competition.
