Feb. 21, 2021.
It’s great to be up and running again! Our conditions are terrific and we are happy to see our Batawa Family back on the slopes. Guest and staff safety remains a top priority, as always, as we do not want to jeopardize the remainder of our ski and snowboard season. Please be mindful of the following information prior to your visit.
There will be line-ups at peak arrival times so arrive early to get lift tickets and rentals to avoid disappointment.
All of the information that you require can be found on the website. Please take the time to review the options under the winter tab at the top of the website.
Guests who currently reside in areas under Stay at Home Order may not visit the ski hill until their restriction is lifted. Everyone must show ID for proof of residence when they pick up their lift tickets each day.
Season Pass reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 24hrs before the start of the day/time block reserved.
All goods and services must be purchased on-line from our website. All products and services can be found under the WINTER tab above.
Lift tickets are available on a “first come, first served” basis as we must stay within capacity limits for each day. Ensure that you take your time when purchasing lift tickets as they are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
When picking up your tickets please ensure that only one member of the family picks up the tickets for all to keep our line as short as possible – bring all season’s passes with you if you are season pass holders.
When picking up rental equipment, only the people renting shall enter the rental shop. Ensure that you are completely dressed and ready to go before getting your rentals.
Mask use is mandatory when inside the building, in all line ups or whenever social distancing cannot be maintained. We will not make exceptions to this rule. When coming inside the building a mask that has been worn outside on the slopes must be replaced with a DRY face mask. The mask must cover from chin over the nose at all times.
Social distancing must be maintained in all line ups or congested areas.
No belongings, or food items can be left inside of the chalet. These items must remain in your vehicle.
Same household families only may ride the chairlift together. A minimum of one empty seat must be left between all other passengers.
Please be patient with us as we try to provide a great skiing/snowboarding experience for your family while still meeting and/or exceeding the directions of the Health Unit.
See you at the hill!
