The Quinte Red Devils are proud to announce that the 417 Bus Lines U13 Red Devils have been crowned Ontario Hockey Federation Championships Champions.
Competing in Waterloo, the team posted a 4-1-1 record in round robin play before winning both their semifinal and championship games to secure the provincial title.
In the semi-final, Quinte earned a 3-0 victory over the Waterloo Wolves, with goals from Max Norton, Cohen Reid, and Kash Nelson. Kade Whelan, Ryker Thompson, and Malkin Courtney each added assists, while Blake Laurin recorded the shutout in net.
In the championship final, Quinte defeated the favoured Toronto Marlboros by a score of 2-1. Max Norton scored the game-winning goal, while Ryan Keyes delivered a strong performance in net to secure the victory. The Red Devils also received a goal from Jensen Campbell, with Noah Gilchrist and Will Beebe contributing assists in the win.
