Belleville Senators announce rescheduled games

Two home games for the Belleville Senators at CAA Arena have been rescheduled for new dates, the American Hockey League club has announced.

Belleville was scheduled to host the Laval Rocket this past Saturday, Jan. 22. That game will now be played Monday, April 18 at 7 p.m.

This Saturday’s scheduled home game against the Toronto Marlies will now be played Saturday, April 30 at 3 p.m.

Fans who have tickets for the original dates are asked to hold their tickets as they will remain valid for the the rescheduled dates.

Belleville (15-16-0-0) will still host the Marlies (18-12-2-1) this Friday evening at CAA, but it will be played without fans in attendance in accordance with the Ontario government’s restrictions, which won’t be lifted until Monday, Jan. 31.

The next home game for the Senators following that date is Wednesday, Feb. 2 when they host the Syracuse Crunch (14-13-3-1) and will again on Friday, Feb. 4. Both games are scheduled for 7 p.m. at CAA Arena.

Belleville will then host Laval (15-11-2-0) at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 5.

A new date for the Dec. 18, 2021 game between the Senators and Providence Bruins is still in the works.
