QUINTE RED DEVILS WEEKLY SUMMARY
Our teams continued to represent the Quinte region extremely well this past week, with strong showings in both league play and tournament competition.
Highlights include:
U10 – Went undefeated in round-robin play at the Hamilton Steel Classic (3 wins, 1 tie) and advanced to the semi-finals, where they were edged 2–0 by the Toronto Titans.
U11 – Reached the Championship Final at the Hamilton Steel Tournament, with multiple comeback efforts and an overtime semi-final winner before falling in a tight 5–3 final to Grey Bruce.
U12 – Picked up two more league wins, including a 10–0 road win in Markham and a 3–0 shutout at home vs Ajax-Pickering.
U13 – Remained undefeated at 12–0 with a 14–1 win in Markham.
U14 – Advanced to the semi-finals of the Hamilton Steel Classic, posting several impressive wins and two overtime games on Sunday.
U18 – Collected valuable experience in two close league games and now sit in a three-way tie for third in OMHA East heading into the Gold Puck Invitational in Waterloo.
