There was no third-period comeback by the Napanee Raiders this time.
After a couple of previous close attempts, the Picton Pirates (9-6-0-0) pulled out a 3-2 victory to hand the Raiders (16-1-0-0) their first loss of the Provincial Junior Hockey League season on Friday, Nov. 18 at the Strathcona Paper Centre in Napanee.
