Fans can save by buying advance tickets for skills competition, two games, community events in Collingwood Jan. 12 and 13
January 9, 2024, Mississauga, ON – The countdown is on! The Ontario Junior Hockey League’s 2023-24 All-Star Celebration presented by Dairy Farmers of Ontario begins in three days.
The celebration is scheduled for this Friday and Saturday, January 12 and 13, in Collingwood, Ont. All events are being held at Eddie Bush Memorial Arena.
All-Star weekend begins with the OJHL Skills Competition on Friday, Jan. 12, at 7 p.m.
Saturday’s schedule will kick off with the OJHL Alumni Game at 10:30 a.m, followed by the Hudl-InStat OJHL Prospects Game at 1 p.m. and the OJHL All-Star Game at 5 p.m.
The highlight of the weekend, the All-Star Game, will feature the top players from the 24-team league as selected via the OJHL’s All Star selection process.

Beyond the hockey, there’s a charitable side to the event that benefits the players in the OJHL. All net proceeds from the celebration will go to the OJHL Foundation, which focuses on delivering the First Assist Program to aid players with mental health and life skills training through seminars, resources and counselling.
“We are extremely proud of the contribution from the Town of Collingwood and the Collingwood Blues organization, as well as our sponsors,” said Rick Morocco, Vice-President Business Operation of the OJHL.“The net proceeds of this event are very important for our OJHL Foundation programs focused on mental health, counseling and social sensitivity training. We hope the fans come out and support the event, as well.”
Morocco praised the Dairy Farmers of Ontario, the presenting sponsors of the event for a second year in row.
More information on the event, including ‘Players to Watch’, community events and the names of players taking part in the skills competition, will be released this week.
